As big as a full room itself, you’ll come to know and love your fourth-floor balcony the minute you arrive. Furnished with sun beds and a table and chairs, you can adapt this space to meet your needs for outdoor dining, afternoon lounging and sunset cocktails.
Framed with custom window treatments, large sliding doors separate the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom.
In the former, two couches are upholstered in delightful orange and red stripes – just the colors of the sunset. Antiqued furniture includes a large coffee table, handsome entertainment that holds a TV and DVD player, as well as an art deco armchair.
A distinct dining area sits in the middle of the communal space. Seating up to six guests around the table, with more at the adjacent breakfast bar, this is a great room in which to show off your inner Martha with fitting table settings and any number of tropical-inspired meals. Completely move in to your master suite, where a king-sized bed is a great place to steal long and deserved mornings to yourself. A small writing desk and large armoire with TV and DVD player leaves plenty of room for your pet’s bed or for morning yoga, if you’re feeling spritely.
