JJ's Hideaway is a great vacation beach house, located less than a 2 minute drive tot he beach! This well-maintain manufactured home has had all new floors installed and a family room added! Located on the East side of Hwy 101, this home is in a peaceful neighborhood with lake fishing an easy walk from the house. All one-level, this home is perfect for those with young children or elders, as there are no stairs to navigate! Finely equipped kitchen is a chef's delight! Large screen TV in the living room will provide a great spot for sports or family movie time when not out exploring the area. The master suite has a queen size bed. Just outside the windows is a wonderful stream you can listen to year round. The guest room is set up for family sleeping, with a bunk bed, a separate twin bed and eve a crib for the littlest vacationing guest in your group. Just through the laundry room you'll be surprised to find a family/game room that's complete with a "bar", TV, air hockey and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping options. Through the patio door is the back yard picnic table where you'll find privacy for your summer-time evening meals. You can actually walk to the beach from the house, but if you have little ones with you, we suggest you take the car, as you will need to cross over Hwy 101. Lake Lytle is within an easy stroll from the house, so feel free to bring your fishing poles and help the little ones cast a line in and reel in the evening dinner! An added bonus is that you may bring your well-behaved dog to this home, with the payment of the additional pet-cleaning fee. You are asked to clean up after your pooch in the yard and along the roadways. Please do not leave your dog unattended in this very nice home. Pets must be on a Leash
