This three bedroom, two-level townhouse is just 289 steps away from the ski trails, the Mountain Club on Loon (multi-million dollar health club), Viaggio Day Spa, Black Diamond Bar & Grill or Seasons on Loon Restaurants. You'll enjoy the convenience of having all of Loon Mountain's activities nearby... mountain biking, hiking, and the scenic gondola sky ride are all on the property during the summer. In the winter you'll be nice and close to the slopes, ice rink, and cross country ski trails. This is one of only six units in a very private setting.Enjoy your membership in The Mountain Club Fitness Center which includes indoor and outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, world-class exercise room, racquet ball and tennis courts, spinning, palates and other regularly scheduled fitness programs and activities.
