Luxurious Taos Home blocks from the Historic Plaza! Three master bedrooms/bathrooms plus 4th bedroom area or den with a bed. This pueblo style house is located in the town of Taos walking distance or a short drive to parks, shops, restaurants, bars, museums. Highlights include: Gourmet kitchen, three masters suites with bathrooms, wi-fi, bar, large family & dining room, hot tub (Indoor & Outdoor), TV/DVD/CD, hiking, biking and close to Historic Plaza! We are located in a private neighborhood with beautiful mountain views of the Taos Mountains.
This Pueblo style house is artist-designed with custom tile work & original artwork by Peggy McGivern. Located close to the Historic Plaza and has full multi-media capabilities (wi-fi, cable, dvd, cd). Enjoy privacy and solitude within this large private compound. Our professional interior designer/artist chose cozy southwest decor with custom cabinetry, natural stonework, amazing bathrooms & two wood burning fireplaces.
The professional kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a bar and wine cooler. The great room has a fireplace, dining room and large lounge area. There are private patios with mountain views and an outdoor hot tub for up to 5 people! (Sleeps up to 11)

Policies: 1. Deposits: 50% at booking. 50% 45 days before arrival - holidays/events 90 days. (100% payment with special rate.) 2. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Late check-out = 1/2 day rental. 3. Confirmation, Key Code & Directions are attached. 4. No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. 5. New Mexico is a drought state. Please Save Water. 6. Recycle: Use bins outside or separate in bags. 7. Cancellation: No refunds within 45 or 90 (holiday/event) days before arrival. (Unless re-rented) Fee 25%. 8. Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $10/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items. 11. Hot Tub: Shower before & no children under 18 w/o adult supervision. 8am to 9pm. 12. Use caution on wet floors, near hot tub, steps and especially icy areas. 13. Leave units as you found them except detailed cleaning. 14. We are not responsible for “Act of God or City/State." No refunds for weather, electrical, water etc. 15. Services: Shalimar Charla Allow 2 days. Taos Maint.: Rick Clean: 16. Non-emergency guest service charge: $25/hour. 17. Damages: Guests responsible for all damage/loss that occurs during stay. Billed to guest. 18. Eviction: By owner, manager. Violations include: # people, damage, smoking, disturbance. 19. Maintenance: Owner & manager may enter premises for inspection or maintenance. 20. Disputes: State of New Mexico (Santa Fe/Taos County) governs disputes. Guest pays expenses. 21. House Rules: City quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Turn off or dim outdoor lights & be quiet after 9pm. 22. Please watch your speed & drive slow through our private neighborhoods. 23. Housekeeping: If unit is not clean/ready at 4pm or arrival. 24. DNM has the right to move you if necessary to a comparable or upgraded unit.
