Welcome to Casita "Patron II" Luxury! This classic Santa Fe casita is over 80 years old with traditional influences throughout. The décor was assembled by a designer who chose the finest furniture, fixtures, and accessories including antique Mexican furniture, granite counter tops in kitchen, his/her large shower with custom travertine tile and two kiva fireplaces. Fine cotton sheets, thick towels, robes, down pillows, and duvets will give you a luxurious experience. There is also a full kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, stainless appliances, oven, four gas burners, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and stainless refrigerator. This is a private property on a large lot with a fire-pit, stainless gas grill, Koi pond, patio area, flagstone, hot tub and pine trees. Cozy southwest interior design with a comfortable, pillow-top, queen-size bed in master bedroom and sofa sleeper in the great room. Modern amenities include wi-fi, LCD TV/DVD and cable.Amazing luxury casita blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This is one of several casitas we have available within walking distance to museums, restaurants, bars, theater, etc.This unit has one reserved parking spot. You can hike and bike from the property. Airport shuttles are available to transport you to and from the Casita just blocks from the Hilton which is the pick up/drop off spot.

Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $10/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items. 11. Hot Tub: Shower before & no children under 18 w/o adult supervision. 8am to 9pm. 12. Use caution on wet floors, near hot tub, steps and especially icy areas. 13. Leave units as you found them except detailed cleaning. 14. We are not responsible for “Act of God or City/State."
