This luxury condominium has spectacular views of the lake and is just steps away from the Intracoastal where you can watch the parade of majestic yachts quietly drift up and down the waterway. It is a great environment for bird and dolphin watching with over 7 miles of walking trails. In fact, you can walk or bike along the Intracoastal trail for 1/2 mile to the shops and restaurants at European Village.
This is Canopy Walk Unit 1133 in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - is 20 miles south of St. Augustine & 25 miles north of Daytona Beach Florida and 85 miles east of Disney World).The kitchen is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.
The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic views. The oversized master bathroom has separated his and hers vanities, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The screened in lanai overlooking the lake is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
Our luxury condo is located in Canopy Walk - a 53-acre retreat located on the banks of the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. From the moment you turn into the entrance, you’ll know it’s a special place. The sunlight sneaking through the majestic canopy of old oaks and cypress trees brings back memories of hidden forts and secret hiding places. At the end of this magical tunnel, a sparkling blue lake and lush green lawns are waiting to greet you.
At Canopy Walk, you’ll find lots of things to enjoy. On-site amenities include a private marina, a 3,000sf clubhouse with billiard room, sitting areas with large screen TV, fitness center, heated zero entry pool, spa, kids water park, cookout area, clubhouse kitchen, ½ court basketball, beach volleyball, stocked fishing lakes, screened lakeside and boat dock gazebos, 7-mile nature walking/biking trail and nature areas.
Access it all from walking and biking trails that wind their way around the lakes, and along the Intracoastal Waterway. Try out the nearby hot spot - European Village with outdoor eateries and gourmet restaurants. In fact, you can easily walk or bike a 1/2 mile along the walkway to European Village.
