The Dawn overlooks the Gulf. This unit is steps from a gorgeous view but away from the traffic! And don't worry about hauling luggage & groceries up stairs. This ground floor unit is pool side & roomier than some w/749 sq.ft. inside & 76 sq.ft of outside patio area overlooking pool. Fully furnished. Kitchen has granite countertops clean steel appliances & tile flooring. Furnishings include equipped kitchen & full size washer/dryer. Ready to enjoy!
