Carefully designed by the owner to take advantage of the site—with views west to the Pacific, tucked like a hideaway in the back of the property with generous-sized rooms, a wonderful great room and even a media room.

Enjoy entertaining your guests at the granite countertop with barstools for six, around the dining table that seats eight in comfort, in front of the stone fireplace with gas fire—or lounge in the media room watching great movies on the 52" LCD screen.

Sweet, small outdoor spaces—relax on the ground floor in a stone patio off the media room and on the second floor on a deck with a table for you to enjoy morning coffee—or prepare a meal on the gas BBQ.

Master bedroom offers a king bed and an oversized shower with dual shower heads on opposite walls. There is a queen in another bedroom and the twins in the third bedroom convert to a king as needed. Overflow sleeping is available on a queen sleeper sofa in the media room which has its own private closet.
