THE LITTLE APPLE COTTAGE is a cozy, quiet getaway with only a short walk to the beach and charming shops in Manzanita.

Tastefully decorated with a touch of whimsy, this ground-level duplex apartment features all new appliances in a compact open kitchen/living/dining room. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twins and a trundle. A great southside deck expands the living space.

Pride of ownership shows in the artful tilework, use of color and historic photos of the north coast.
