This cute two-bedroom cottage is located in South Mission Beach. This charmer has a nice patio to enjoy your morning coffee and evening barbeques. Located steps from the ocean, with privacy from the boardwalk, it's one of the best deals! It also has a separate studio that can be rented separately or in combination with the cottage to allow the whole family to be together but have privacy.
Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area. If you have any questions, call our office at or use the request more information link above. The approximate dimensions of the garage are 6’6"H x 7’6" W x 14’ L

_"We stayed at 713 and 715 Deal Court during the last week of June. This
was our fourth rental of the large house, and the second year we have
also rented the little studio above it. As in previous years, we had an
