Sleeps 10/12. 5 bedroom brand new architect designed modern villa with private pool. Its superb elevated position gives a stunning panoramic view of the mountain 'Monte Toro' with the quaint village of Es Mercadal in the valley below.The beautiful beach Cala Pregonda and popular harbour of Fornells are just a 10min drive away. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, chemist, shops etc are approx. a 5 min walk.

Luxurious modern architect designed detached villa, set in large grounds on an elevated position. Stunning panoramic views of the mountain ' Monte Toro' the village of Es Mercadal and surrounding countryside. The beautiful beach 'cala pregonda' and popular harbour of Fornells are just a 10min drive away. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets chemists, shops etc are approx. a 5 min walk from the villa.

Note:

The villa is very spacious and modern, the pool and gardens are accessed from the terrace, care needs to be taken with young children. Cots and highchairs are available on request.

The typical Menorquin village of Es Mercadal is situated in the heart of the island below the mountain of 'monte toro'. It is a fantastic location to explore this wonderful island or to simply relax. Mercadal offers over 10 restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, 3 supermarkets, chemist, doctors and a theatre. During summer there is a weekly craft market, and often live traditional music in the main square.

Booking Notes:

We require a 20% deposit at the time booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure along with £300.00 'damage' deposit to be returned after your stay.
