Lakefront Mountain Getaway! Lots of charm in this mountain style lakefront home. Three bedrooms and three baths with great family spaces for entertaining and enjoying the terriffic views!. There are steps to the entry level, which opens into a large foyer with one guest room to the left with twin beds, another guest room to the right with a queen bed, and a full bath, located between. Just a few steps down and you enter the spacious living area. The living room has a wonderful stone fireplace with gas logs, comfortable seating, a Television with DVD, a pretty dining area and a wonderful new kitchen with all new appliances including a gas range. There is a spacious deck off the living/dining room that overlooks the decks and water. The upper level is a private Master Bedroom with a king bed, a small full bath with shower, and it has it's own private balcony.

The lower level of the home is a large family room with stone fireplace. This pretty room has a queen sleeper sofa, and a private full bath with shower. The laundry room is also located on this level. A large covered deck is accessed from the family room and leads to the waterfront, boat house and docks.

The waterfront is absolutely perfect for gatherings! There is a spacious deck and dock, a ladder affording easy entry into the water, and a spacious sun deck on top of the boathouse. Enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains, including Chimney Rock State Park. The sunsets are spectacular!
