The Clipper Inn is located on a private cove on Lake Lure with outstanding views of the mountains, lake and Chimney Rock! This NEWLY CONSTRUCTED - Arts and Crafts influenced home offers it's guests Five comfortable bedrooms, Four full baths, Large great room with entertainment center featuring surround sound system with additional speakers located on the deck areas, Stone fireplace, and a large, beautifully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and custom hickory cabinetry throughout.

The main (entry) level features two bedrooms and two baths (main master bedroom with corner fireplace and private bath) along with the spacious kitchen, laundry room, greatroom/dining area, and a large screened porch. Custom 5" cherry plank hardwood flooring, 10 foot ceilings, and lots of large windows to enjoy the views make this home very special.

Take the extra wide cherry staircase down to the lower level (or you may choose to take the spiral staircase on the screened porch) and you will discover the recreation room with efficiency kitchen, three more spacious bedrooms and two more full baths. There are 10' ceilings on this level as well. This level also offers a screened porch and access to the dock, deck, boathouse and waterfront area.

The waterfront has a boathouse with deck on top, a dock area, an 8' by 8' floating swim platform, and a nice stairway to access the area with plenty of outdoor lighting for evening lakeside entertaining. This custom built home features an outstanding level of attention to detail.

To further enhance your visit at the Clipper Inn, there is a pontoon boat (max. occupancy 8) included with the rental of this property.
