Lake Lure Vacation Rental house

Tucked in behind the ivy and azaleas on Lake Lure, you will find Sunshine Cove a wonderful Lakefront 4 bedroom 2 bath home with so much to do!

On the main level of this home you will find three bedrooms and a full shared bath. Two of the bedrooms have double sized beds and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds.

Being family friendly is the theme throughout Sunshine Cove, and in this home you will always have space to be together. The kitchen and dining area are well stocked and have everything you need to whip up meals after a long day of exploring the area on the pontoon boat or paddling on the kayaks. The dining area seats 6 people and is open into the living room which features lots of seating space, a TV, VCR, and DVD player and numerous DVD’s and VHS tapes as well as great family games, books, and puzzles in case of a rainy day. The living room also has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space. During the winter months, there is a wood burning stove to keep you warm and cozy! This living area extends outside to a wonderful screened in porch with lots of seating space including an outside table and 4 chairs, what a great place for winding down at the end of the day, play cards, or just talking. Sunshine Cove has no shortage of decks, the main level deck has another patio table with seating for 6 and a gas grill.

The 4th bedroom is very private, go outside and down the stairs to find our private suite with a queen sized bed and full bathroom with shower. This room also has a TV, VCR, and DVD player. The laundry area is also in this room. Just a few steps away from the master suite you will find the hot tub overlooking Lake Lure as well as a second screened in porch with chairs and a great ping pong table.

Down a few stairs from this level will lead to the top of your boat house where there is a picnic table and several lounge chairs, the gate on the end of the railing opens up for the brave in your group to jump into the lake. The boathouse itself has a big pontoon boat with seating for 10 people, two kayaks, a canoe and lots of water toys and floats. For everyone that doesn’t feel like jumping into the water, there is a staircase to walk into the lake.
