This lodge-style home is privately located on a wooded lakefront lot at the Rumbling Bald Resort, (Fairfield Mountains). There is a path from the parking area to the entry, and steps and a path from the home to the waterfront dock.

The entry level of the home has a screened porch, a living room, kitchen, dining are and sunroom. The master bedroom with king bed is located on the entry level with a private bath. There is a powder room located on this floor as well as the sunroom with a queen futon, which adjoins the living area and master bedroom. The loft accommodates a 1 queen and 1 double beds and also has a private bath. The lower level has a sitting room with TV and 2 bedrooms with a double in each and 1 bath. Laundry facilities are also located on this lower level. There is a NEW hot tub for relaxing evenings.

**June through August-Home is available only for weekly rentals**
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
