Kitchen opens to little patio and hall (with guest toilet and main entrance). Sleeping area is completely to be separated from living/cooking/dining-area and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms with double bed and built in wardrobe, in between them a little storage room for luggage and/or golf equipment. The 'South-bedroom' also offers the already mentioned very pleasant views. For the colder months central heating spends comfortable living ambient (at one off fee)
