Questions? Contact us at. Beautiful corner location in DOLLAR POINT with warm southern exposure and beautiful LAKE VIEWS. Relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe on the huge front deck, where you find plenty of lounging furniture and a BBQ. The living area flows into the dining area and kitchen and has a terrific gas fireplace that is truly beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly upgraded with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs along with the living, dining and kitchen areas. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two twin beds. There are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with dual sinks and a loft upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The loft has a queen sofa sleeper. Whether you are in the kitchen, living room, dining room or loft, you cannot miss the wonderful views of the lake through the giant picture windows. For a little fun outside the home, the Dollar Point Association offers a PRIVATE SANDY BEACH, picnic tables, VOLLEYBALL, SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS, and bbq'ing.
