OCEAN & LAKEVIEW COTTAGE: Amazing view from the Living Room of the Lake all the way to the Ocean & Moran Beach. Sleeps up to 6 with 2 bedrooms & 1-bath. Large backyard on the Lake where it becomes a nice stream with a nice small but bubbling hot tub. Easy walk 2.5 -block stroll to Pleasure Point & Moran Lake Beach. Kitchen with gas stove, huge new refrigerator, new large washer & dryers, pets ok.
The first bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. There is also a Queen innerspring futon in the Living Room in front of the gas Fireplace. Bathroom has just been freshly remodeled. Nice table at the end of the kitchen. Small deck on the back of the house with more of the wonderful views.
It is located in the Pleasure Point area which is famous for great surfing and wonderful restaurants you can walk to. The 41st Ave shopping area is a favorite for all ages with many unique stores. Its just a 5 min drive to the Village of Capitola and about a 10 min drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Bring your bicycles for great oceanside bike rides.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
