BELLA CASA AT SEABRIGHT: Sleeps up to 10. 3-bedrooms, 2-baths. Take a short stroll through Fredericks park to the Yacht Harbor, Aldos, the Crows Nest as well as several other very nice Harbor Restaurants. The Seabright Beach and the Natural History Museum with its often photographed full-size Cement Whale is the center for other Outdoor Activities straight down Seabright Ave. At Bella Casa you will also find regularly updated a list of favorite restaurants. The home has great South facing interior light. The furniture is comfortable and conducive to a lovely home environment. The owners take pride in providing all the comforts of home including linens, towels, etc. In the Sunny living room, there is 1-Queen Innerspring Futon couch and 1-Innerspring Twin futon chair in front of the fireplace and TV with a DVD player. There are lots of books, games and puzzles for relaxation.The spacious master suite has 1-Queen bed and 1-Twin bed. There is a private full bath and a hot & cold bidet! The second bedroom has 2-twin beds. The second full bath located in the hall also has a shower/tub and make-up area.The Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, pots/pans/dish ware/silverware etc. At the end of the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to 10 with a card table & 4-folding chair on the left of the kitchen table. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room that leads to the private, sunny backyard. At the other end of this small room is a third twin bed. The spacious outdoor patio with its picnic table, offers a terrific place for dining or a backyard BBQ, and there are several raised French-intensive beds with flowers and herbs. There are several fruit trees in both the front and back yards. There are two parks within easy walk, one on Darwin and one on Fredericks. There is a nice shopping area with a Safeway and New Leaf Natural Foods Grocery stores and several other shops within a 4-block walk up Darwin, through a walkers path at one point.
