1 HOUSE TO THE BEACH: Are you ready for an experience you will never forget? This fantastic property will do just that for your vacation! It has great views of the ocean & beach, lots of amenities, spacious rooms, lovely decks, decor and is located just one house away from the 26th Ave Beach. Home has 4 bedrooms with 3-1/4 baths (3 baths and an outdoor shower). The Living Room with its great Ocean and Beach view is long and spacious and great for get-togethers.1st bedroom has 1-King bed with ocean views, the other 3 bedrooms have 2-Extra Long Twin beds which can be pushed together to make King beds. There is a Queen Sofa sleeper and a Twin sofa sleeper in the Living Room. The downstairs Den has a large Flat Screen TV, a Queen Sleeper sofa and a Twin Trundle. The Twin trundle can be combined for a short King bed. There is a fun hot tub and 8+ Bicycles and a safe fenced in yard for kids and or pets.The dining area seats up to 16-guests plus 3-counter stools next to the kitchen counter. The outside deck has a spectacular ocean view above the 26th Avenue beach, the gas BBQ and many tables and chairs. One house over; is the staircase to the beach! If you walk to the Left about 1/2 block, there is an area known as Moran Beach and there is a lagoon with ducks. Across the street at that area is a parking lot with bathrooms. Within a short drive or bike ride to the Northeast is the Santa Cruz Harbor with kayak & other boat rentals, and great restaurants. To the Southeast, is the area of Pleasure Point - famous for surfing, with fun shops & Restaurants located around 41st Ave. One half mile further is the Village of Capitola which has lots of shopping and a beach village atmosphere; with wine tasting, ice cream shops, jewelry etc... The Monterey/Carmel area is about 45 minutes Southeast and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is about a 5-minute drive to the Northwest. Have a BBQ on the large deck or lounge in the sunshine and see and enjoy the ocean. The 1 House To The Beach is a very relaxing home! Enjoy.
