OUTSIDE TUSCAN FIREPLACE BEACH HOME: Sleeps 8+. Elegant home, marble entry, 4+ bedrooms, 4 baths. Pet Friendly, Hot Tub, 2-blocks to Beach, outdoor hot & cold private shower, and an amazing outdoor patio with full sized, gas started, wood-burning fireplace (12' high decorated chimney) with several chairs & tables. Free firewood supplied.Upstairs: The Master bedroom has 1-King and the spacious Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd upstairs Bedroom has 2 small couches and space for the double-stacked Queen Aero-bed. 3rd Bedroom 1-Queen and each bedroom has a full bath. Downstairs: The Library bedroom has a Twin Trundle bed that can be made into a King. The Front Parlor also has 1-Queen sofa bed with an Aero-bed inflatable mattress for extra comfort. There is another Queen aero bed that can be placed in any room. A wonderful place to gather the family is in the Great Room or the Outside Tuscan Fireplace Patio. At one end, the Great Room has a gourmet kitchen with granite tiled counters connecting with the Family Room. The Family Room has glass doors to the outside Tuscan Fireplace patio with several tables & chairs to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. On the other side of the fireplace is the cozy triangle hot tub for 2 or 3 people at a time, and around the corner is the elegantly tiled and private hot & cold outdoor shower, with a long flexible extra shower head for getting the sand off both kids and pets. There is also a full laundry room next to the Great Room. The lady of the house has a passion for painting pet portraits, several of which are on display in the home. Located just behind Lighthouse Field, a short 2-block walk across the field gets you to the Lighthouse Point and a great area for surfing or watching surfing. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Wharf is an easy 4+ block stroll to the left and the walk along West Cliff Drive is spectacular. There is also a pet friendly beach just to the left of the brick Surfer Museum, called It's Beach that is ready for walks and fun for both pets & owners.
