THE SURF HOUSE: This home has an amazing view of Rio Del Mar Beach, the Seacliff State Beach Park with its Wharf and famous cement ship,and all the way over to Pleasure Point. Just 50 steps to the sand and down a small hill. This home sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The house has a nice deck with a charcoal BBQ and also shares the view. Come enjoy the spectacular sunsets!Informal living room has seating for 6, small dinning area that seats 6, & full kitchen with all linens and towels provided. Washer & Dryer are in the basement.1st bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a Twin Trundle bed in the Living Room. There is the ocean and beach views from the Living Room and the outdoor deck. The first bedroom has a private balcony that is looking over the Rio Del Mar hills. There is parking off-street for 3 cars.Right down the hill, is the Rio Del Mar Esplanade with Restaurants and fun! There is surfing nearby and the Rio Del Mar Beach is a very large beach for playing, jogging, strolling and just enjoying the day! Close to a golf course and grocery stores, this home is pet friendly, has Wireless DSL, and HDTV. Beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards are also provided.Capitola is a 3 minute drive away and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf is a 12 minute drive away. Monterey is a little over 1 hour away to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium as well as other attractions in Canary Row.
