There is a Great backyard with a small gazebo, fruit trees & ample play area. This home sleeps up to 10. The Great Room has full leather couch (sleeper sofa couch) and 3-leather recliners for relaxing in front of the fireplace & large flat screen TV. The dining area has a table & chairs for 8, and 2-counter chairs for a total of 10 with the ocean view. It also has Wireless DSL. It is next to the kitchen for easy serving. All these areas have an ocean view! It has a huge pantry for your supplies too. The fully equipped kitchen with has up-to-date appliances and dishwasher.
The first bedroom is a King with a lighted headboard and a TV. The bath with a shower/tub is next door on the hall. It also has a small deck with a table & chairs set for 2 with a nice ocean view.
The 2-downstairs bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom that has a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and the 3rd bedroom has 1-Double bed and 2-Twin beds with TV and DVD player. The upstairs screened in sleeping porch has 1-Twin day bed for those who really like fresh air (though the windows can be closed.) This area is fully-enclosed with a small 2-person table for the children to color, read and play games.
The backyard play ground has a natural ground cover and several fruit trees. There is a fully-fenced in yard for both pets & kids to play in. Wonderful New hot tub in private yard; next to blooming gorgeous flowers! There is a picnic table that can seat 4 people and a 4 person outdoor table under the tree in the backyard. There is also a 2 person table further back in the backyard under the fruit tree. Spacious yard and fully fenced for your pet.
Great walking along West Cliff Drive with your pet or (bring your bicycle); bicycle along West Cliff Drive or walk along this coastal path; either direction. To the left 6 blocks is the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf. Visit the seals. (which you can hear from the home.) or walk to the right by Lighthouse pet friendly beach. There are views from the kitchen, spacious Living Room and Dining table of the ocean and boats. Plenty of room for outdoor dining and BBQ'ing. Take a nice hot tub and get out and enjoy a meal in the backyard.
The garage has 2-parking spaces inside, and two in the driveway. There is a grassy circle in the middle of this neighborhood that has lots of additional parking just across the street. It is an easy 4-door stroll to the ocean path that goes from the Boardwalk all the way to Natural Bridges. The home is 5-blocks to the Wharf and only 1 or 2-blocks to Steamers Lane, Its Beach, the Surfers Museum and the Lighthouse Field-for dogs on a leash.
Enjoy casual to fine dining above the ocean on the Santa Cruz Wharf and ride the rides and try the salt water taffy on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Lots of fun for all ages! Enjoy the breeze and gorgeous ocean views and the beach all day and take a walk down to the wharf for shopping. Don't forget to see the seals at the end of the wharf. People also fish off of this wharf. Bring your bicycles for a fantastic ride all along West Cliff Drive down to Natural Bridges State Park.. Downtown Santa Cruz is not far away for restaurants and shopping as well.
