THE SEACLIFF GLEN: This beautiful home sleeps up to 10 people in spacious 2-story home with pet-friendly fenced-in back yard. The house has a side deck next to the Great Room and roof-top deck with ocean view. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, & no through traffic. 4-bedrooms, 2-full baths, and parking for 4-cars on-site and 2 more across the street in front of a field that is across the street. Enjoy the ocean views from the deck on the roof with table and chairs for 5 people.The lower entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park is a short, almost level block walk away. The Rio Del Mar beach is just a few steps further and has a small set of stores, excellent delis and a fine seafood restaurant.This well-decorated home has Wireless DSL with flat panel computer in the top bedroom. The 1st Floor has 2-Queen Bedrooms, and an extra Large Bedroom with 2-Twins and 1-Double sleeper sofa, Foosball table and TV with DVD. There is a full Bath with tile shower. The Washer & Dryers are in closet under stairs.2nd Floor: 1 Queen, another Full Bath with a double vanity sink/ with Shower/Tub, Kitchen has a Sun room with skylights and Kitchen table for 4 at one end of the Kitchen, another small table with two Wicker chairs for guests who are chatting with the cooks in the Kitchen, at the other end. The Great Room has a larger Dining table, seating up to 8, (the kitchen tables can be moved into the Great room for larger feasts,) a couch & two arm chairs. There is a wood fireplace with FREE firewood & an Entertainment area with TV, DVD & CD & VHS. Floor to ceiling windows & sliding glass door lead onto long side deck with new propane BBQ, glass table & 6+ chairs w/thick pads. The roof-top deck is accessed by a spiral staircase and has a nice view of the ocean.Yard is fenced-in below the deck for your kids and pets, and also stores a couple of bicycles & boogie boards for your use. The bubbling hot tub will be a wonderful treat after playing in the Ocean and there is also an outside shower. This home also provides a fun small green wagon to help transport your gear to the beach.
