PEBBLE AT SUNNY COVE: This wonderful light & spacious home is just across the street from the ocean. It has views of the ocean from the front and views of the beach from the great room, kitchen & back deck. It has a total of 4 bedroom and 2 baths. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with 2-Twin beds which can be made into another King bed plus a bunk bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 twins with a bunk bed.The great room contains a family room, kitchen and a dining area with a nice view of the 15th Ave beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Reverse floor plan with living room, great room, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath with shower/tub upstairs. The den downstairs has a Pool table, a Ping-Pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. The other 2 bedrooms and a bath with a large shower completes the downstairs. New upgrades include locally harvested hardwood floors, organic linens, and low voc paint throughout. There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1 block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2 blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Sorry no pets.
