APRICOT BEACH HOME: Sleeps up to 10. 3-bedrooms, 2-full baths, Very comfortable home with grassy backyard and short walk to Seacliff State Beach Park and the Rio Del Mar Beach with its fun bonfire rings. It has off-street parking for up to 5-cars. As a guest, you will receive a Free Apricot Sampler from the Owner who also owns the wonderful in San Juan Bautista, CA. The 1st bedroom which is downstairs has 1-Queen and 1-Queen sofa with a Queen Aero-bed to make the sofa bed extra comfortable. The downstairs full bath with a Shower is just 5 steps away. Upstairs the 2nd Bedroom has 1-Queen and 1-Twin Trundle bed. The 3rd Bedroom has another Queen. Both of these bedrooms have small TV also. The 2nd full Bathroom has a Shower/Tub and is between the bedrooms in the hall.The backyard has both a Gas BBQ and a large Weber charcoal BBQ. There is a sunny patio with a large table and 10 chairs and a hot tub in this flower-filled backyard. There is a covered parking space for 1-car and two more in the driveway. There are also 2-off street parking spaces in front.This home is located just 2-blocks to the entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park. On the way, you will pass several wonderful restaurants including The Mediterranean, Gourmet Pizza by the Slice or Pie, and Manuel's famous Mexican cuisine specializing in Red Snapper!
