There is a delightful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage in the rose garden which features the hot tub. This private cottage is perfect for the bride and groom or those who wish more privacy.The master bedroom has 1 King bed & a TV/VCR. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Double bed & a twin trundle bed= 2 twin beds. It also has it's own TV. The Garden Cottage has 1 Queen Bed & a separate bath with a shower that is conveniently close to the hot tub. Hardwood floors. There is a well equipped kitchen for holiday dinners with seating for 8 + other chairs for seating. This is a single level home, but there is one step down into the Dining area, that also leads to outside. The Redwood has complete linens & wine glasses. There is a TV & a DVD/CD player located in the living room. This is an Elegant & functional home. Great for families. Fully enclosed back yard with redwood trees & a lush lawn. Parking for 1 in the driveway & 2 cars in front. 1.2-miles to the South on West Cliff Drive you will find Santa Cruz Beach/Boardwalk and Wharf-for fine ocean view dining. To the North on West Cliff Drive fabulous Natural Bridges State Beach, Famous for monarch butterfly migration and fun tide pools. This home is also just a 5-min drive to the main entrance of the UCSC campus.
