This is your room with a view. Studio condo in downtown Seattle with a fabulous view of the city skyscrapers. The condo is on the thirteenth floor of a 1949 high-rise building. Building features a recreation room with pool table and big screen TV, and a rooftop deck with amazing views. High speed DSL Internet is provided in the condo.

Situated in the ideal Seattle location where Capitol Hill meets Downtown. The building is adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center just steps to Pacific Place and Westlake Shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, and many, many restaurants. Also less than 10 blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike's Place Market, and Elliott Bay waterfront. A short monorail ride to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. You can't get more centrally located than this.

A prime location, amazing views, modern amenities in a gorgeous comfortable condo, and an great price all make this the place to stay in Seattle.
