The #65 bus picks up 1 block away and will have you at the UW or downtown in a matter of minutes. The Burke Gilman Trail is also close by for bike riding, morning jogs, or leisurely walks. This economical home features a queen-size bed in the bedroom, an office with roll-away twin bed, and an uncommonly comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The upscale sleeper sofa has no bars to wreck a good night's sleep and a thick foam mattress for the ultimate in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). The office features wireless DSL modem. The bathroom features a clawfoot bathtub/shower combo. This home is on the small side, so it's perfect for up to 4 adults, 5 people max.
