Yorkshire Moors and Coast Vacation Rental farmhouse

The house has five bedrooms and two sitting rooms. One sitting room has a gas 'wood-burner effect' fire, this room also has a TV, video and stereo/radio/cassette/CD. The second sitting room (we call it the yellow room) has a high vaulted beamed ceiling (see picture below). The spacious dining room has an open fire. The well equipped pine kitchen is next to dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine. A cot & high chair are available. There also is a conservatory which gives entrance to a south facing fenced garden and patio with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: Two family rooms (double bed and full-size bunk-beds), two twin rooms, bathroom/WC, separate WC. Second Floor: attic conversion (sloping ceiling), into and excellent double bedroom and en-suite bathroom/W.C. All the bedrooms have a TV and a wash basin. Linen (duvets) are included. Electric, full gas central heating and hot water is also included.

Coal or wood is locally available. Private parking for up to 4 cars is next to the house. Sorry, but no smoking and no pets.
