This very large home has 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths, 2 full kitchens and 2 large living rooms! Three stories, so there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy their vacation! This well appointed home has somewhere and someplace for everyone! In addition to the open space, ocean peaks and fine features, this stand-out home is located less than a 5-minute walk to the sand and Haystack Rock. Some of the many features include hardwood floors and tile throughout, two gas fireplaces and plenty of hot water for all the guests staying at the home! All new furniture, a very large and private back patio area with an outdoor tile fireplace and a hot tub in an enclosed gazebo. The outdoor living at this home is as great as the indoor space! This home is subject to very strict parking regulations, which allows for 6 vehicles, including use of the two garages. Great news is that this home is also Dog Friendly, which means you can bring two of your four-legged best friends on vacation with you! *~* This home has a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT DURING THE HIGH SEASON.
