Located just off of Hwy 101, the home is on a large lot, so one can enjoy an outdoor picnic, a toss of a football or a lounge in the sun. Just two blocks to the beach access, this perfectly priced home is a great place to bring your family and friends. All one-level, with just a step or two to access the home, this is a great place for those with family members who can not easily navigate stairs. Very large and open living spaces in the main portion of the home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The hall bath has a tub shower combination. Guest room has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed . The large master suite has a Queen bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the lower and a twin on top. Master bath has a walk-in shower and a large soaking garden tub. Living room has a queen sofa sleeper suitable for small children. Wood fireplace graces the living room along with a large flat panel TV and a Bose Stereo System. You may bring your well-behaved family dog to this home, howeve, please note that you will need to make sure Little Fido has clean paws before entering the home, as the floor coverings are a very light colored and cozy carpeting.
