This oceanfront room is grand with a large living room, gourmet kitchen and two dining areas. The living room has a stack-stone gas fireplace with a 52" HD TV above the mantel. Two sleeper sofas in this wonderful space allow you to enjoy the ocean just outside the unencumbered windows while at slumber. Large and spacious, the seating in the living room is perfect for family reunions or business meetings. Formal dining area will seat 8 and the casual breakfast/lunch dining will seat 5, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen, with its European French Country flair is a gourmet’s delight! This kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances; counter space, cookware and serving pieces to serve up the most elegant dinner party or a fun and entertaining breakfast or brunch! Chiseled natural travertine graces the floors of the entry, dining areas and the kitchen. The beautiful kitchen has all granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a Wolf Gas cook range, a bake/convection oven Expansive decking with outdoor furniture invites your reunion or business group outdoors where the surf, sand and ocean views are unmatched. This main living level also has the children’s room with a double/twin bunk, a one-half bath and the laundry center. On the lower level of the home is a very large family room with a pool table, 52" HDTV above a stack-stone gas fireplace and comfy furniture. A traditional pullout queen size sleeper sofa and a sleeper sofa made up from the ultra soft fabric sofa and two plush ottomans provide extra ocean view sleeping for 4 more guests. The family room also has a full mini-kitchen for extra ease. On this level there are a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 1 half-bath and the theatre room. There are two guest rooms - one with a queen and a twin size futon to allow a young child to sleep nearby. There is a king bed in another guest bedroom. The two guest rooms share a hall bath with a tub-shower combination. Master suite with a king bed and a tub/shower combination is off the family room. An ocean view master suite with deck, stack-stone gas fireplace, large HDTV, and a tub/shower combination bath leads the way to the 6th bedroom. The final master suite is called the “Spa Bedroom" , walk-in shower and an ocean front sleeping area that has a luxury sofa sleeper, which converts to a queen bed at night. This suite is unique in that during the summer it is a Sun-Room/Sun-Set View Bedroom and during the winter it is the perfect Storm-Watch Bedroom. There are locked areas in the home that are not In renting this home, the leading Guest, who's name appears on the reservation, assumes all responsibility for the condition of the home during the reservation period covered under this booking and in renting this home agrees to leave the home in the same good condition as which the home is found upon your arrival. The Leading Guest, whose name appears on the reservation, further assumes all responsibility for the operation of the home theatre system. The Reservation Holder understands that the electronic theatre equipment alone is valued at over $5,000 and agrees to operate the system as per the instructions provided in the home. In the event damage is caused to the home or the electronic theatre equipment, the Reservation Holder understands that they may be held financially liable
