Walk along the State Park Trail and enjoy the ocean spraying up along the coastline. This extraordinary part of the coastline is full of the natural lava tubes where the force of the waves pushes the water up through the tubes and creates a spectacular view any time of year! The home itself is two stories with an oversized one-car garage. The main living level of the home is upstairs. All rooms, except the bathrooms have ocean views! The great room is a fabulous spot for the guests to gather with the kitchen, dining area and living room all together. A large Southern ocean view deck is off the dining room making it so easy to extend living space to the out doors during nice weather. The living room has a fireplace and comfortable seating, as well as a TV with DVD player and other fun entertainment tucked away in the cupboards such as games and books! A West oceanfront deck is off the living room and provides a quiet spot to enjoy the waves crashing into the shoreline below. All bedrooms in this home have quality mattresses and comfortable bedding. The Master suite, also with an oceanfront deck, has a king size bed and stately furniture. The master bath has a Jacuzzi Tub and a walk in shower along with a large walk-in closet. The kitchen in this home is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make up some great family meals or serve a fine meal to your business associates while entertaining at the beach. Down stairs are two guest bedrooms with dynamic ocean views! One bedroom has a private bath with a tub shower combination, as well as a queen bed and a full sized bed. A comfortable rocker in the corner of this room will surely become a favorite spot for many, while watching the waves hit the shore. The other guest room has a queen size bed and a small TV. There is a hall bath with a tub shower combination. Yachats is a beautiful place to visit and is known as a quiet coastal village with small galleries, gift shops and restaurants. Only 30 minutes North of Florence, making a visit to the casino very easy.
