Sand Dollar Cove is a wonderful, newly constructed three-story town home located in Rockaway Beach, Oregon, and the home is Dog Friendly! Enter the condo on the street level. Pull in the garage, where there is parking for one vehicle. On this same level, at the East end of the garage, there is a private master suite. This suite has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, Queen size bed, private patio and a bath with a tub/shower combination. For added convenience, this suite has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Up one level is another master suite, guest room and hall bath. This master suite has a Queen bed, private balcony and a tub shower combination in the bath. The guest bedroom has a Twin/Double bunk and the hall bath has another tub/shower combination. Laundry facilities are also on this level. Up one more flight of stairs is the great room. Private balcony overlooks the quaint city of Rockaway Beach with background views of the beautiful coastal mountain range and forests. Living room has a gas fireplace, a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player and very comfortable furnishings. Dining table seats 6 guests very comfortably, make this a great place to plan holidays or sit-down anniversary dinners. The kitchen is all modern with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and the cupboards are filled with all you will need to cook a sit-down dinner or whip up fun vacation meals! A breakfast table is in the bay window of the kitchen providing additional seating or a cozy place for morning coffee. Rockaway Beach has so much to enjoy, from the beach that is less than a half block from the condo to the great little shops and restaurants, there's always plenty of vacation fun while staying at Sand Dollar Cove! Please note: Parking arrangement of one small vehicle in the garage, one in the drive with additional parking available on NW 3rd street, just through the courtyard. You may bring your well-behaved dog to this home, with the additional $50 pet fee. Please be sure to clean up after your dog and do not leave him or her unattended in the home. Thank you.
