You'll love the beautiful views from this charmer anytime of year! Located at the South end of Rockaway Beach at Spring Lake, this three bedroom home is cozy, charming, comfortable and with plenty of room for all 6 guests to enjoy! This home has been very thoughtfully furnished with all the comforts you'd expect on vacation and plenty more to help you feel rightfully spoiled! The main level of the home is where you'll find the living room, with electric fireplace for a warming ambiance, kitchen and dining room. Full laundry room is located off the kitchen. Dining room table for 6 plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The garage is for more than just parking! Ping-pong table is all set up and ready for the challenge. Beach chairs and sand toys have been provided as a courtesy. A beautiful patio graced by natural landscape and habitat is off the dining room, for extended outdoor living space. Enjoy a BBQ with the Weber Kettle grill provided for your use. The lower level also has a very spacious half bath for added convenience. Upstairs are all three bedrooms. Guest room with a queen bed overlooks the natural habitat. The bunkroom is also the place to gather for some X-Box fun! Several games are provided for your enjoyment while at the home. The hall bath has a walk-in shower. The master suite has beautiful and expansive lake views, a queen bed and a master bath with a tub/shower combination. All new beds in the home will ensure a good night's rest. This Rockaway Beach home is perfectly priced so you can enjoy it anytime of year! Please note: Parking for two vehicles only. One in the garage and one in the cement drive directly in front of the garage. There is no room for vehicles towing a trailer. Additional $50 Pet Cleaning Fee applies. NO CABLE TV IN HOME.
