All brand new construction, this condo is located in a secured building with a covered parking garage. A fun ocean peek from the living room and just steps to the beach access, this condo will quickly become your hot new destination spot! With two bedrooms and 2 baths, there is room for 6 guests here. The Guest room has a new comfortable queen bed, and big flat screen TV with DVD player. Hall Bath has a tub/shower combination. Master Suite has a new King pillow top bed with elegant bedding, large flat screen TV, DVD player and a private master bath. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, fine cabinetry and granite countertops. Dining table for 6 to enjoy home cooked meals or play card or board games. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, a 37" flat screen TV, DVD player and very comfortable furniture. There are two high quality blow up twin size air mattresses, so children can sleep near parents in the bedrooms or out in the living room for a fun vacation slumber party! With so much to do in Rockaway and the surrounding areas, you'll be hard pressed to get it all done in one short visit. This condo is priced just right so you'll be able to enjoy extended stays and come back often!
