Rockaway Beach, Oregon, this newly constructed home is the "twin" house to Sand Box One At Rockaway Beach, making it perfect for extended families to vacation together! 3 bedroom, 2 baths and a convenient kitchen for easy vacation meals! Explore the beach, just an easy 10 minute walk from the house, or drive to the beach access just on the other side of the hwy, where you can enjoy picnics and long days of beach fun! Try fishing in nearby Spring Lake or ride the fun sight seeing train! There's plenty to do in this little town, located just an hour and 45 minutes from Portland! This home is priced just right, allowing you to stay several nights instead of just a couple! Main level of the home has the living room, dining, kitchen and a bath with a walk in shower. Door to the porchis also on this level. Upstairs are three bedrooms - two with queen beds and one with twin beds. Hall bath upstairs has a tub/shower combination. Come stay and play in Rockaway Beach!
