Master bath has a walk in shower and the hall bath has a tub-shower combination. Great second-story views are enhanced by the units corner southern exposure. Oceanfront lanai with patio furniture to take in the great salt air. This condo is located in a building with several others available for vacation rental, making it the perfect place for family reunions to gather or extended families vacationing together. The condo is fully furnished with all you need and with the on-site laundry facilities available for your use; you can plan to stay longer than a couple of days! With the just right price on this comfortable condo, you will be able to enjoy many area attractions such as the Hatfield Marine Science Center, the Newport Bayfront, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Marine Discovery Tours and so much more!
