Window seating is a great place to view wildlife, read a book or take an afternoon snooze. The living room opens up the family/sunroom, which sports a bank of windows to fully capture the views! Additional sleeping space provided in the family room with a futon. Master suite is also on this level, with new King mattress, ocean views and a quaint master bath. Upstairs are three guest bedrooms and a hall bath with a very charming claw-foot tub! Ocean view guest room has a new Queen mattress and a private deck. Second guest room also has ocean views and two double beds. Third guest room has two twin beds and a futon, which converts for additional sleeping. All this and just a two-minute drive to the heart of Seaside where you’ll enjoy fine or casual dining, art galleries, terrific shopping opportunities, the arcade, bumper cars and so much family fun!
