A ground floor unit, this oceanfront condo has one bedroom and two baths, with a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding glass door to the deck provides fresh ocean air and surf views. Look towards the North to enjoy views of Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin rollaway bed. All this located within walking distance of quaint shopping, fun cafés, wine tasting, Newport Performing Arts Center and so much more!
