The bedrooms are air conditioned and the common areas including the living room, dining room and kitchen in the villa are ventilated by ceiling fans and have been designed with cross ventilation in mind.
Las Ventanas is just exactly 100 yards from a beautiful sandy beach which extends for mlles and miles. The house's modern free flowing design makes for a stunning architectural statement.
It's also just 200 yards from the Iguanas/Ranas 10 bedroom villa complex. So for extra large groups, it comes as a welcome addition.House now has high speed wireless internet connection.
