This home contains 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and a two car garage (the guest can use one side). The first level features an in-law suite with a queen bed, two full sofa beds, mini fridge, microwave and table top seating for four. There is also a foosball table on this level for your enjoyment. The second level has the master suite with a king size bed and a full bath. This bedroom has a balcony with an expansive gulf view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds. Bedrooms two and three will share a full bath. The third level is wide open and spacious with a full kitchen and living room that includes a queen sofa bed. The kitchen offers seating for 16 with a table for 10 and bar seating for 6. The large rooftop deck has patio seating for 10. The house also includes 4 new HD TV's with satillite. A garage is available for 1 car and there is driveway parking for 2.
