4,200 sq. ft. of living area to spread out in and is on 2.8 acres of beachfront property!
The house has spectacular wood work and floor to ceiling windows
with beautiful north, south and west ocean views in both master suites and in the great room on the main floor.
Outside, you can sit on a bench overlooking the ocean or build a fire in the sand and watch the waves roll in.
For those who love to stroll, Sea Rose Beach starts on the north edge of the property.
For agate hunters, Ten Mile Creek is a short walk to the south.
For those who love to watch storms, you can simply sit in the great room to enjoy the scenery.

MAIN FLOOR

GREAT ROOM: Absolutely stunning woodwork, floor to ceiling fireplace, 50" high definition TV with a DVD player, dining table that can seat 12. This home has beautiful Timberlake Salt Aire furnishings, including a large sectional and separate sitting areas for ocean viewing and sitting by the fireplace. There are large glass guarded decks on the north and south.
KITCHEN: There is a large full-service kitchen with everything for the baking pro, and for those who are not. There are dishes to serve 20 and seating at the grand table for 12. The kitchen includes everything you might need to put on that Thanksgiving turkey dinner or to fix hamburgers. Our only rule is that if you use the last of it, please replace it.
SUITE #1: This room has beautiful a vaulted ceiling, king bed, sitting area, fireplace, 32" TV, master bath,
south and west ocean view, and deck overlooking the ocean.
SUITE #2: Queen bed, sitting area, master bath with a large double shower, 27" TV with a DVD player, stunning north and west ocean views, and deck overlooking the ocean.
UTILITY ROOM: Includes washer and dryer with a sink.
BATH #3: Powder room located off the kitchen.

DOWNSTAIRS

FAMILY ROOM: Perfect for playing games or watching the game, 42" high definition TV, pub table with 8 chairs for games, and ocean view from everywhere. The family room has an alcove area that has 2 sets of bunk beds.
SUITE 3: King bed, sitting area, 27" TV with DVD player, ocean view.
BEDROOM #4: Two twin beds with mountain views.
BEDROOM #5: Two twin beds with mountain views.
BATH #4: Full bath with a shower.

OUTDOORS

HOT TUB: Great place to soak after a long walk on the beach or simply to relax and enjoy the views.
BARBEQUE: Large gas barbeque to cook the perfect fish or steak.
CAMP FIRE: Large fire pit in the sand dune with chairs.
TRAILS: Walk around the loop on the property or on the beach.

LOCATION

The Endless Sea is located 6.8 miles south of Yachats, and 17 miles north of Florence Oregon.




Please note, there will be a 9% room tax , a $50 hot tub fee , a $185 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
