This wonderful home has three bedrooms with two combination living room and dining area make for fabulous ocean view dinners. After dinner relax by the wood stove and choose a book to read, or just rest to the sound of the ocean waves. Enjoy the deck, manicured lawn and easy steps to the six mile stretch of sandy beach. If barbecuing is what is on the menu, you will enjoy sunsets and the natural beauty of the sand and ocean waves!Living room: Cable TV, VCR, CD player, library. Bedroom 1: bunkbeds, bathroom with shower. Sitting room: Large wood stove, queen sofa sleeper. Bedroom: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Double bed Bathroom 1: Shower Bathroom 2: Tub & shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher Laundry room: Washer & dryer. New deck on oceanside yard. Maximum occupancy: 8 Vehicles permitted: 3 No Motorhomes permitted. Pets with approval. 2 PET MAXIMUM, STRICTLY ENFORCED Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $65 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
