Calm Seas, well equipped for your family getaway, is a spacious ocean view home tht is the perfect retreat. An easy walk down the gravel road takes you to a gorgeous sandy beach for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the deck with views of the ocean and breathtaking Pacific Coast sunsets. Perfect for a larger family, but reasonable enough for a smaller group. Calm Seas is the perfect place for your next vacation or family get together!UPSTAIRS Living Room: Sofa sleeper, 32" flat screen TV/DVD with Direct TV, ocean views, sliding glass door that opens to the deck. Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for eight. Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Breakfast area with seating for two and beautiful ocean views. TV/Game Room: Leather chairs, TV/DVD, kids pool/foosball table. Bedroom 1 (Master): King size bed, large dresser, walk-in closet, sliding glass door that opens to the deck. Bathroom 1 (Master): Shower only, lots of counter space. Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, dresser, ocean views. Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower. DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, small TV, lots of closet space. Bedroom 4: Two twin beds. Bathroom 3: Tub/Shower. Outside: Beautifully landscaped yard with a fenced yard in the back, perfect for a pet! Charcoal BBQ Parking for 4 vehicles Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $80 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
