This inviting ocean view home, aptly named Sand Dollar Cove, has all you need to enjoy your vacation on the Oregon Coast. This fully appointed home includes a hot tub, fire pit, viewing deck and home theatre system. Enjoy your meals while viewing the Pacific Ocean. Internet access allows the working vacationer to stay "connected". Take advantage of the privacy the hot tub offers for a truly relaxing experience. This home comfortably sleeps ten, perfect for families or small retreats to enjoy the Yachats Community.Living Room: Ocean views, flat screen TV/DVD/VCR with surround sound, queen sofa sleeper, and comfortable furnishings. Dining Room: Ocean views, seating for eight, and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more! Bedroom 1: Two twin beds Bathroom 1: Tub/Shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom. King bed and a flat screen TV/DVD. Extra sleeping room off of the master bedroom. Top bunk bed and a single love seat sleeper, TV/VCR, and a sliding glass door that opens to the hot tub. Bathroom 2: Master bathroom. Shower only and a door that opens to the hot tub. Outside: Hot tub under a covered area, outdoor shower, octagonal deck with a fire pit, gas grill, large lawn area, and a creek that borders the property. Please note, there will be a 8% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $50 hot tub fee , a $90 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
