At Sea Palace, you will enjoy watching the waves pound against the rocky shore, which is just steps away from this well-furnished, contemporary, tri-level home. There is plenty of room in this home for the whole family, and there are lots of extras:two Jacuzzi tubs, recreation room, living room and family room, two fireplaces,and a "Crow's Nest" with cafe table, stools, and binoculars for whale watching!FIRST LEVEL - Family Room: fireplace, double futon, TV/VCR/DVD and DISH TV with HBO BEDROOM 1: Master Bedroom with king bed with a large bathroom with a jetted tub, double sinks and large walk-in closet. LAUNDRY ROOM: washer/dryer SECOND LEVEL: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. LIVING ROOM: Fireplace, TV/VCR DINING ROOM: breakfast bar Deck sheltered from the North wind off dining area, ideal for ocean viewing and BBQ's! BEDROOM 2: Queen bed BATH 2: Jacuzzi tub w/shower THIRD LEVEL: Crow's nest with cafe table, stools, and binoculars. SEPERATE AREAS: Fenced back yard for privacy, recreation room with ping pong table Linens provided Approximately 1950 square feet Maximum occupancy: 8 Vehicles permitted: 3 No Motorhomes Permitted No Smoking Permitted Pets OK - 2 PET MAXIMUM, STRICTLY ENFORCED Please note, there will be a 8% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $50 hot tub fee , a $100 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
