The Spirit of the Sea is a spacious three-story contemporary home that is located in a wooded setting of coastal pines and set back from Highway 101. This home offers privacy and seclusion, while also giving unobstructed views of the coast and easy access to miles of pristine beach. Spirit of the Sea has over 2300 square feet of tastefully furnished living space, set on over an acre of land. There is a wide wrap-around deck that faces east, south, and west. You can relax in the ocean-facing hot tub and listen to the crashing waves. This home is only four miles from Newport's old Bay Front,galleries, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many fantastic restaurants.Living Room: 16' by 17', fireplace, 2 large sofas, TV with cable, VCR, stereo, books. Ocean views through many windows and glass doors to decks. Upstairs Master Bedroom: 18' by 16' with additional reading nook, King size bed with double futon, walk-in closet, and master bath with spectacular coastal views! Bedroom 2: 11' by 9': Queen bed, rocking chair, and view of pines. Bedroom 3: 11' by 11', one twin bed, one double bed, rocking chair; view of pines and partially of ocean. Downstairs: Recreation room/large bedroom, 19' by 28': 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 double futons, wood-burning stove, TV with cable, VCR, books, games, and videos for children and a foosball game. Private entrance. Ocean view through the pines. Master bathroom: large shower, sink, and vanity. Bath 2: Whirlpool tub/shower. Kitchen: 15' by 12': Large and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, subzero refrigerator, dishwasher, bagel toaster, blender, coffee grinder and coffee maker, several sets of dinnerware), and ocean views! Dining area, 10' by 14': Seats 12 at table plus bar with stools. Ocean Views. Deck surrounds three sides of house with terrific views to the south and west. Great for sunning, relaxing, dining, and BBQ. Washer/Dryer. Linens: Provided Maximum occupancy: 16 Vehicles permitted: 6, strictly enforced Due to a sensitive neighbor situation, vehicles must be parked in the garage at all times. No more than 6 vehicles will be permitted, violators will be towed at owners expense. No Motorhomes permitted NO SMOKING, Pets OK 2 PET MAXIMUM, STRICTLY ENFORCED Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $50 hot tub fee , a $145 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
