This comfortable and welcoming home called Beach Breeze, is within steps of Smelt Sands State Recreation Area and the historic 804 Trail, which are both excellent whale watching and photography sites. You may stroll south along the three quarter mile of trail that has resting benches scattered along the way. The park is known for its tidepooling, rock fishing, and yearly smelt run. At this same site you will enjoy miles of flat, sandy beach that stretch north toward Waldport.While at the Beach Breeze you will be able to enjoy the ocean views from the wide wrap-around deck,and hear the ocean waves crashing at can watch the storms come in while you stay warm and cozy by the woodstove! This home is the perfect place to relax and reflect any time of year!Living Room: TV/VCR/DVD, Woodstove, Ocean Views Kitchen: Fully Equipped w/ dishwasher & microwave Bedroom 1: King Bed, TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, TV Bedroom 3: Full Bed, TV Den: Twin Trundle Bed, Foosball Table Bathroom 1: Tub/Shower Bathroom 2: Shower Laundry: Washer & Dryer Linens Provided Maximum Occupancy: 8 Vehicles Permitted: 4 NO Motorhomes or trailers permitted No Smoking Pets OK, 2 Pet maximum strictly enforced Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $80 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
